1. Do you ship outside the USA?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
2. How long does delivery take?
Orders typically take 4 to 9 business days in total, including processing and transit time.
3. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on orders above $150. For orders under $150, a flat rate of $4.75 applies.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), as well as PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
5. Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is in new condition.

Yes, a 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
7. How do I return a product?
A prepaid return label is included in your package, free of charge. Simply mail the product back to us in its original condition.
8. How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
